Evaluation Fees

Every evaluation is different, and therefore, the associated fees with each evaluation can fluctuate. However, at Inquiry Psychological Services, LLC. we work with our clients to ensure fair fees with no surprises – once we agree on a fee, you can rest assured that the fee will not change.

The following rates are estimates for psychological evaluation services. The fees may change depending on the complexity of the case and the time required for evaluation. All fee agreements will be completed before the evaluation begins so all parties are aware of, and agree to, the fees before we begin.

Psychological Evaluation: $1900.00

Psychoeducational Evalution: $2700

Neuropsychological Evaluation (private) $3500

Forensic Psychological Evaluation $3200.00

Forensic Neuropsychological Evaluation: $4000.00

Autism Evaluation: $1900.00

Insurance

Please note, Inquiry Psychological Services does not accept insurance. However, depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part if you have out-of-network benefits. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychological or neuropsychological evaluations.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health evaluation benefits from out-of-network providers?
• What information or documentation does my insurance company need in order to obtain out-of-network reimbursement?
• How long will it take me to receive reimbursement for my out-of-network claim?
• Does my plan limit what type of evaluation I can receive?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Cancellations made before 24 hours are subject to a full refund minus any costs incurred prior to the evaluation, such as the time utilized to review records on a case. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the evaluation.
